yeah... my tiny ass 2.0L engine in my wrx does pretty much fuck and all engine braking. not enough to slow the car down in any really appreciable distance. im better off just not being a muppet with the actual brake pedal.

Pretty much by the time ive gotten my belt on and phone mounted up and comfortable im ready to go.
greatly depends on the car. RTFM for your particular car.
Ive taken my wrx through a few 12-14" snow storms and its done quite well. Amazing how many trucks I would pass who had ended up in ditch land. Had one that was over the side running boards so it was plow city with my own front bumper.
Heh ive said this feels like 08 all over again.
Yeah... there are far too many who cant afford an EV either due to finances, living situation or both for ICE’ to be legally anything anytime soon.
i’ve owned two so far (one currently daily drive) and I couldnt bring myself to buy this abortion even if they did crank it to 300hp or something. Heres hoping they dont screw the pooch with the sti.
which is an entirely different engine than this one has. They do highly reccomend 91 or better if you can get it for current fa20dit (and you would be nuts to not use it) but it can run on lower (if you have to). performance will suffer though and its already kinda sketchy with the base tune.
“and stuff”: and engine and transmission and turbo and hub carriers and control arms and shocks and brakes and....
when its a wrx.... its bad.
As my TWO LITER previous gen wrx is making 268 stock.... yeah. Thats. pathetic. Its err already turbo charged so... not sure what a super charger would be for.
I think I got a unicorn.... 72k on mine and just the regular maintenance so far.
When for decades its always been a rwd sports car... uh yeah?
I can see better out the front of my 2018 than I could my 2010 surprisingly.
Solution: Hit the pedestrian hard enough they wont survive anyway.
Torque news is the fucking national enquirer of car rags.
If your goal is to be fast, you get an EV now frankly.
I had a 2010 wrx, and I currently drive a 2018.
