You make such good points. I've never been a server but I have heard of the annoyances of people making their own lemonade. And bringing in your own teabag just to save a buck or two is super annoying. I don't like paying for drinks so I just drink water. It's healthier anyhow.

I tried it in those teeny bottles they sell. It burned a little but it wasn't THE WORST THING EVER. Nobody else would try it though.

This is true! There was a plan in place to replace ALL the mayonaise in the Prepared Foods departments of Whole Foods with Just Mayo. Problems arose, at least in some stores, so it was put on hold or cancelled, I'm not sure. Whether or not it is happening in some stores, I have no idea.

Yeah, but they wouldn't even be sold in the same part of the grocery store. Just Mayo has to be refrigerated. Hellman's is sold on the shelf and doesn't have to be refrigerated until it's opened. Someone shopping normally for mayonaise is not going to find Just Mayo accidentally.

Yeah, I hate mayonaise and I can spot it in anything. I used to be vegan and even though I'm just vegetarian now I prefer vegan mayo. I like Vegenaise better than Just Mayo—but it seems like Vegenaise would be the ones who would be more hurt that Hellman's. They are the ones who have a similar product.

I dunno, maybe they could argue about what they meant by the logo? I think the whole lawsuit is shitty anyhow, huge company trying to take down a small one. But I guess that's just the American way now.

How on earth could Just Mayo take customers away from Hellman's? Just Mayo is a VEGAN mayonaise. Anyone who is paying attention will know that. Plus, it costs a lot more, so people aren't going to get confused and buy it instead.
