At first I thought you were referring to his age and there was a terrifying few seconds when I thought Jude Law was in his 60s.

I keep hearing how good this is so I’ll probably check it out but . . . can we just agree to stop putting pop song lyrics over bombastic soundtracks, already?

“If not for me . . . do it for your country?”

I think that’s my problem with Snyder. Every shot is well framed and pretty in that particular, mostly yellow Snyder way, and the movies are so goddamned obsessed with looking cool and badass that there’s no room for them to be fun or interesting or human or dramatically satisfying or make any kind of sense.

That’s kinda Snyder’s whole MO.

What’s weird is that, by all accounts, actors really like working with Snyder. But what shows up on film looks like they’ve all been taken hostage.

That sucks. She had a hell of a “comeback” song a few years back that I love.

I just remember Zachery popping up in an episode of Burn Notice as a douch-bro rich kid who tries to take out a hit on his charity-loving stepmother, or something. Spoiler, he gets killed by the psychotic hitman played by Tim Matheson (who was having a blast playing full-tilt psycho.)

“I’m a Libertarian and hate both left and right! That’s why I only vote for Republicans!!”

I find a diner and recreate the “Barnyard Buster” from my beloved Tee-Jays in Columbus, OH.

I’d have to go with (almost) any meal described in detail in the “A Song of Ice and Fire” books.

“Dip your little paws in my peep chili.”

. . .and, *ahem* stuff.

SPOILERS, I guess, but . . . it’s weird . . .

Without getting too deeply into it, Ahsoka left the Jedi order towards the end of the run of the Clone Wars, so apparently doesn’t count as a Jedi to Ben and Obi-Wan during the OT.

I think (citation needed) that he’s said it opened up the doors for him to do comedy work.

“What do I know about diamonds? Don't they come from Antwerp?"

Do they, though?

Some new places that have opened around me are specifically catering to the “hang out and play board games” crowd.
