Actually it just implies that someone has a sore butt. There’s no rape connotation there except for what you’ve projected. It could mean they were whooped, spanked or knocked on it. It could mean they’ve had anal intercourse, consensually or otherwise. My point is, not everyone reads it the same way you do.
