The glee in which Don Lemon is torn up on Gawker is tiring. I dunno, I just don’t see it. Hes no Cronkite but hes par for the course of cable news. And his point about liberals is correct, that there’s a willful ignorance of prejudice in the movement. Almost like the fury in which a black anchor doesn’t fall in line

You can actually see the very moment the ref goes, “Eh, fuck it” and starts jogging.

Luke Bryan sounds like a goddamn frog.

Lord, anything to stop the public “look who’s back from war!” family reunions. It’s beyond cliché at this point.

“It’s ‘lighting’ up practice, idiot.”

Like I think it was tim who farted or maybe it was v or MAYBE IT WAS TIM!!11

That story was so horri-awful I burst out laughing when it ended at the poem.

Joey sure defending blocking when he and Stewart scuffled at Auto Club. He can’t be a notorious blocker in his own right, then dump a blocker and say “Well, he had it coming.”

Joey had it coming. Thank God Kenseth wasn’t dumb enough to do this at Texas, lest Joey end up in the catch fence.

“I got plans.”

The real story will be NASCAR’s reaction when Hamlin and Kenseth keep wrecking Harvick to keep him from winning the title. Others will get caught up in the mess.

If no one is left standing, we all win.

“This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we’ll be lucky to live through it.”

You definitely will not be happy nor ecstatic, but best of luck.

Orange Bowl champs Georgia Tech. State champs Georgia Tech. But man, you were so close to beating Alabama that one time (when not wearing black!) And gee, if only you could play powerhouse Hawaii in a big bowl game every year!

Dwags go 9-3. Maybe they beat Tech, maybe they dont. But title contenders they certainly are

“NBA is just full of dumb thugs, theres no teamwork or strategy, college basketball is way better”

“Thou shalt always trust thy sources”

No doubt. But it stuns me that they haven’t considered a second catchfence a few feet behind the first at tracks with tri-ovals. If we can now expect this type of wreck at least once every couple years, it’s bound to happen that a second car could get airborne at the same time or within seconds.

Watched it live. The “Oh my God” at :09 says it all. My heart sank as soon as I saw the fence explode. I can’t remember the last time I felt that sick to my stomach watching something live, and it’s a damned miracle more of a car hasn’t gone into the crowd yet.

Ummm... Yea they’re fading away. Even at Darlington I see fewer and fewer each year. Which is nice.

You haven’t been to a race in a very long time. Rebel flag is almost nonexistent compared to even ten years ago. That particular fan base moved to college football and UFC. Nascar lost its “core” clientele. Now it’s a family friendly parade.
