Hey quick tangent: we’re saying Shield Hero is yikes for the obvious thing of the protagonist buying a 10-year old slave girl who has the hots for him, which is “actually ok” because she grows up quickly, or is there something else I’m missing?

And that’s why PC is the go-to console of every competent fugitive.
30 bucks is a fair price. Got it for that for PC, but even there, after the latest patches, I’m regularly encountering all kinds of bugs, ranging from goofy and hilarious, to literally so game-breaking that I needed to reload a save I made 7 hours ago. Go in as if it were an early-access title in its late stages.
They sure are. And as someone who regularly works through a tangentially-related union, I’m sure happy to give them those dues in exchange for excellent and affordable health insurance, pension benefits, worker protections and an organized collective that will bargain for better salaries on my behalf.
Oh god the gimbal lock!
Shit you’re right. That was my gut reaction too.
This should’ve been on highlight reel :(
You’re missing out man! Check them out on Youtube. Legitimately they are maybe the last good thing Kotaku has left. Though I’d be shocked if they don’t keep them going.
I literally thought it was a screencap of some old samurai film!
Luigi actually seems to be giving the middle finger AND the colloquially European F-U arm gesture (Bras d’honneur according to wiki, or arm of honor, though I’d never heard it called that before). Makes it even better. Feels much more Italian now.
Sure, you’re right, but the game prices increase is intrinsically connected to those issues. If games should cost more, we should ask why?
To be fair, I don’t know anybody who loves a hobby because it’s too expensive.
The last of us is very different from fallout. Pretty much all reviewers pro or amateurs talked about was the story as if it were a movie. So in that case, story dictates the review scores. Trolls and butt hurt fans knew exactly why they’d hate that game, and no amount of gameplay time would change that.
Oh, so YOU were the one ruining my fun..
Not to mention even when you lose the match, you still get a chance to ‘escape’ the arena and feel like a hardened survivor. Few games are ever able to make a losing situation feel fun.
They did have a limited theatrical release for the Animation is Film festival a few years ago in the states (subbed). If you enjoyed Tatami Galaxy, I can’t recommend it enough!
Makes sense, used to the free feeding with my old dog. But ever since I moved to Cali, this usually results in a barrage of ants raiding my pet’s food. So weird as it sounds, we switched to eating at the same time as the dog (breakfast and dinner) with a small snack for her in the middle of the day. Even though we are…
Also (NOT trying to reply to all your messages here haha) but was intrigued by what you said here in about the peace sign in Japan and had to check the wiki. According to it, for Japan the V gesture is known as the ‘pisu’ sign (peace sign) introduced by the Allies post WWII, but in other asian countries as you said,…
Fuck me... I use it all the time on my work slack...
Also not a lawyer here, but yes, although they may not be illegal, I believe online harassment does make you potentially legally liable. Certainly, perhaps not to be treated to the same extent as SWATing. But if you ask me, a threat to someone’s life, whether expressed verbally in-person, or over the internet, is…
