So sick of this dude...the character not the football player. LOVE the football player

True. Just guess I thought both the king story and this one were useless noise.
Fantastic!
Of course. But I thought we came here for a slightly higher standard. They felt the need to defend JJ Watt that badly? Or just at least knock a compliment away from the Patriots. It's just such a waste of time to see it here. Why not just rebut every Peter King article ever? Well maybe they have.
Someone should make a Bizarro Deadspin site (which I assume would just bash the Giants and praise the patriots...hmm I think that exists..nevermind)...
Was it that important of a point though? That this marginal game had to be defended? I suppose it has all of us talking about it...but at the same time...it's sort of ONE thing patriots haters can cling to so...there you have it no?
Oh absolutely. You want to take as much away from it as you can. I 100% agree. Which makes this article even more comical. It's just focusing on that one small piece. Did the patriots "shut out" Arian foster? Not really he was OK. Did they shut out Andre Johnson? Not really he had 90 yards or so. They held…
Boring Analysis: In summary, a guy almost made some plays. Let's give him some credit folks.
I guess that's a fair point. This is just a boring analysis in my opinion I suppose? I guess that is what the comments sections are for right? Readers opinions.
I guess I still don't think it changes anything though. I still think if other teams did try to duplicate what the patriots did to him last night, they would STILL be better off. In other words, while they didn't "shut out" JJ Watt (he had a good game off the stat sheet), they made him less effective by his own…
+1
Right. I understand that. He picked up a first down at a time that essentially won the game for the Patriots. That's why he picked that time to do it. The game was essentially over from that point on. If they had punted there....different game potentially.
This is the ONLY thing they have. This is it. All of their ammunition.
I think the important question here is....
In the NFL, you step on your opponents throat when you have the chance. Every person who watches the game should know this. The more you let a team "hang around" the more likely you are going to pay for it. This is an absolute 100% legit celebration because he pretty much just sealed the game essentially. After…
Well if the iPad market dies, I'd say that either Apple will find a replacement for it...or tablets in general will die out and then that still makes pursuing this market foolish. Hasn't HP/RIMM taught us anything? I bet these would sell at 199-250. Not sure they could cover their costs though, R&D alone....
It's really not that difficult. The "Premium" segment of the market is pretty much already dead set on an iPad. How many companies must keep trying and failing at this segment? There is still room for growth in the lower priced market segments. Then when you get some success there, you can move your way up.
Sean you predicted a huge Patriots win last night. You seem upset? You were right! Be happy.
I know. Poor Giants fans.
