FYI. Bought this last week. Was able to install an prior version of the firmware and now am running the most recent updates from ASUS as a RT-AC68U. Just remember the router’s IP address changes when going from the T-Mobile firmware to the ASUS RT-AC68U firmware (I thought I bricked my device for a couple of hours).
