Plus that limo driver had to invent teleportation technology to get them from Richmond, MO to San Jose in like 20 minutes.

I'm not sure I followed the grandma part of your comment but I guess I will bite and dig in the rest of it.

It's a great opener but it is sorta terrifying in a way to me. The mix of so much American cultural imagery with religion and the whole loud neoness of it all is just a sensory overload.

I haven't read the book so I came in on premise and the pedigree of Fuller, Slade, McShane.

They go from being cop with cars movies to just I don't even know Spolsins, Choregraphed fight scenes/shootouts, car chases and stunts, and globe hopping. Five is probably the best balance of the subculture leeching and realistic path for the characters introduced combined with the unreal spectacle of everything that

I actually sorta like that show the first two seasons. I remember being really wrapped up the mystery of the killer which I thought was handled well. But that show fell off the rails for me as I entered college. I probably should rewatch to see how it holds up.

I'm not a parent but my family has been keeping my cousin's children in protective custody( 2 girls ages 3.5 and 1.5, the eldest has just been diagnosed with autism) and I now get why people may not want to be parents. Just having to keep them for a day can be difficult and your productivity is basically cut in half.

I'm about halfway through the season and Cry Wilderness may have been funniest and easiest movie to riff on so far.

If you ever get a chance to see him live do so it's so worth it. Every album he has done since Seven Swans has had a themed show/tour. He sorta piles them all up on top of each other now but they sorta enhance each other( the wings are mostly there for the song Seven Swans)

It's ironic that I have the reverse opinion. I love all of Sufjan's albums but if i had to pick his overall I would say it's Illinoise but my personal favorite song of his probably John My Beloved. That song just wrecks me every time because it's just so heavy in a relateable way( how parents pass on flaws to their

How long have you been following young Sufjan? That man loves his costumes.

This show is such a gut punch that I have only been able to watch one a night but it's sooooo good.

Bray has wrestled just about everyone at this point who wasn't in NXT Five era of NXT. Which is of course why he is moving on to Balor after this dumb match with Orton.

TBH the last line of him saying that the baby was for his dad and he had no idea she existed is extremely fair and a good counter to Nora saying she wished that he not ever left the baby.

I am Lucky Worlock. A friend of mine got Drunken Destroyer which is just the best.

I don't mean to trivialize the piece at all because it is great( I'm not a trained musician so the words beautiful and sad are the best words I have to describe it) but it was totally and ritualistically abused over the prior two seasons. It's so good that it's easy to be tempted into overuse.

I'm so happy that the show has finally learned some restraint in regards to its beautiful sad piano theme. It's such a powerful weapon that when used sporadically pushes a moment of pain or sadness over the top. I feel like it used play 4 or 5 times an episode but Lindelof and company have clearly adopted a once per

I hate to break it to you man but the whole show is about dealing with grief, loss, pain, and what makes a brutish cruel life worth living.

You don't ever have to look up Joe's last name. He is Joe Amazing that is all there is to it.

Super late commenting but if Ozzy had a super good social game he wouldn't have socially isolated Cochran like he did which would have made it a lot harder for Cochran to trade spots at the bottom of alliances at the merge.
