Assuming you unlock the One S it would work on straight talk as they use both AT&T and T-mobiles networks

Yeah and frankly if I didn't know about the feature I probably would never know about it. I show it to my friends all the time and they think its incredible. The multitask menu and stuff are really awesome but it's been in android for over a year and is pretty obvious to any 3.0+ user.

Another great feature in android 4.0 is while you are recording a video you can tap the screen and it takes a picture while you are doing the video. HTC heavily promoted this with the One line of phones but it is a stock android feature

Heck Asus is the ONLY choice when it comes to android tablets. They have the best ones on the market, good price points and they actually give a damn about updating their devices. Just look at the Galaxy Tab 10.1 "Ohh well sell you one with a micro sd card and call that a whole new one"
