The problem is that all the dgital distribution on the Xbox and the PS3 goes through MS and Sony respectively. On the PC you have steam and origin and various places to get games so they can change prices. If steam were available on the Xbox and PS3 and offered their games much like they do PC games i would never buy…

Agreed MMO's should ever be sold at the price of a normal game. You need to get the player in to see if they like it and then they will try it out. I know i wouldn't spend $60 to try it out
