Talk about your jaggies, but who cares about graphical imperfections when you're playing one of the most perfect role-playing games on the planet? Chrono Trigger will always be first in my heart, but Chrono Cross is my jam.

Man, I remember that card. I didn't even really play magic, but I remember knowing how much it was worth, and trying to get some dude to trade it to me. The damn thing was in my hands, he didn't have any idea how much it was worth (it wasn't in mint either, but I still wanted it), but his parents said he had to eat

Op-ed for super compulsive people perhaps?

Look, this is an op-ed, so it'd be disingenuous for me to come in and poop all over someones fond childhood memories with my own bias, but the article's thesis slowly got to me more and more.

They care about Mario and Zelda....kind of...

Oh now that was cool! Made me even vaguely remember playing the SNES cart back in the 90's.

I feel bad, given that a decade ago this collection may have possibly fetched a higher price? He may already be a little late, but it's good he's doing this now, because while these physical copies will always be collectibles, especially on this scale, so many of those games are actually find-able now in digital form,

So, can I hire this person to Castlevania-fy all my other consoles too? Because that would be pretty neat.

I want this game... I want it for the MAZE....or Steam, or whatever

Yes, yes a thousand times yes. Just about any game getting the LttP treatment is an insta-improvement from it's already dated stiff 3d version. I hope they make a full thing and/or do a kickstarter and/or release it on steam or something. I want to see this happen.

Sold, if at the very least because of the sub-name for it "Just The Tip"

Australia doesn't usually get much anything good when it comes to news, so yeah it's hard to be too bothered, but yeah, seriously Nintendo?

So, I read enough to know that this game is neither for sale, nor has a Kickstarter effort behind it....I'm thinking something should be done about this..

I got excited on the last video because it used the old school FF6 battle music...but then I got sad again when I realized these games are sad Sephiroth clones of what the FF games used to be :/ .

I had a feeling these love letters were going somewhere. Anyway, welcome to the Diablo condition. Where after making their core fan group suffer through a Beta and a year of feeling in the dark post-beta playtesting, they've managed to get things "ok", but yeah, as I said when you wrote your first article about

To be fair, didn't Valve long since delay the steam machine's release date (which was originally supposed to be out by now?) for some of these very reasons? And haven't they altered the hardware/controller/SteamOS quite a bit since they sent out these prototypes?

I dunno, I think the chances of a Warcraft 4 when out the window when Blizzard got hooked on those sweet sweet greenbacks they were getting from chiseling monthly customers to run up against the same raids and walls for years on end in WoW.

That's ok guys, just rest and take a nap, you've worked hard to get to where you are, just make another WoW expansion that no one cares about anymore and everything will be goooooood. "Puts Titan in a chair next to Starcraft Ghost"

Decent points...doesn't change the fact that the outrage over the spiderwoman cover is a lot of BS though, for many other reasons. In fact, we shouldn't still be talking about a variant cover that WAS actually pretty good looking in my mind (I thought it was sexy, sure, but that didn't equal "my" approval either).

Hmmm I wonder how the characters will translate to English, with them looking like bratty Japanese emo punks I am...unsure...feel like it could go either way.
