Are we absolutely sure Clarkson didn’t say anything else that he’ll have to apologize for later?

Vote for me and I’ll destroy jobs and make farming unsustainable for anybody but giant corporations!
You’re so close to understanding it. You’re describing literally what Robot Turds sad in his comment: that somehow a large percentage of the country thinks he’s great, when he is objectively horrible. Like, it’s not even a question. He lies boldly and obviously, he’s corrupt, he’s a mean bully, he’s an actual…
That may be controversial, but it pales in comparison to the utter catastrophe Trump continues to prove he is. Bringing that up twice as some sort of false equivalency makes the original commenter’s point for him. How anybody possibly see him as a viable choice is just mind-boggling.
I’m a little surprised at the hate this thing is getting in the comments. Like, Ford is making something very cool. They’re answering ‘what if’ and turning bench racing into an actual product. A lot of R&D is going into it. Carbon fiber, trick aero, inboard suspension.
Like I said, fight me ;)
“Authorities pulled a metallic brown 1966 Chevrolet Impala from the river...”
Oh, I got out of that abusive relationship. I don’t have any RX-8s any more.
I had three RX-8s and raced them. Believe me, I know. It was in jest.
Mazda RX-8.
Hold up. The field and stadium around it each have different names?
I mean...none of us has enough information to really say that with any certainty.
I’ve spent a lot of time on many tracks. I’ve even had an accident very similar to this Mustang, hitting a barrier and ending upside down
One of those assholes has a gun. That should come with higher expectations.
Hypothetical examples don’t excuse their attitude. If they don’t want to ‘suffer fools,’ there are plenty of options besides going full on ‘do everything I say or else!’ if efficiency is really their concern.
“When we say do something you fucking do it.”
I’m all for outlandish ideas and trying new things…but not everybody should be encouraged to follow their dreams.
Honestly, I agree with you. I should have said 300 is kind of at the upper limit of what I think makes sense. Easy access to 400, 500, or 700hp is sort of ridiculous.
I think we’re honestly on the same team here, just arguing past each other. I think modern counterparts of fun cars like mine are way, way past what they should, or need to, be. And I’m making the point that mine is probably more powerful than I really should have bought. I don’t need 300hp to have fun driving. I…
I have a 996. It’s definitely not ‘nuts.’ On the mountain roads here, it’s fantastic. Though, like I said, something less powerful would have let me use more of it more of the time.
