I don't disagree with that. The other problem with making identity politics and minority rights one of the lynchpins of the Clinton campaign is that that's actually one of the weaker areas of her record. I don't think it's that surprising that women and minorities actually didn't really turn out for her last year

K.

I've encountered it a little bit, and I definitely think people should have better things to do than make Ghostbusters, like, the crux of their entire political programme. But the dudes who are still flipping their lid and climbing up on the cross about it are absolutely in the minority of sexist dickheads who gave

You never saw a bad trailer for what turned out to be a good movie?

I thought the original guy looked the part more, but I'm sure this guy will be just fine. I missed the Reggie/Archie dynamic when Reggie disappeared.

There does seem to be a lot of us, including posters I've been seeing around here for years without realising they were Australian until recently.

Knowing nothing about basketball, when people started talking about Steph Curry on Twitter a few years ago I was like, "Man, how cool is it that all these people are into women's basketball?"

Yeah, the fact that Turnbull has retained the Abbott agenda purely so he can remain in the Lodge is actually worse, to my mind, than if he believed in it. He's just a cowardly nothing of a man.

Ghostbusters wasn't very good, an opinion lots of people comfortably and without reprisal expressed AFTER seeing it, without having spent months beforehand having conniptions about it for reasons that definitely had nothing to do with the gender of the main cast.

Here's one guy's take, without having read the whole article: worrying about what pop music you enjoy in your spare time is not for grown ups. If you like Harry Styles, get amongst it. A lot of other terrifying things, like mortgages and kids and worrying about promotions and the future of the planet are what make you

I think it more likely heralds the fact that sooner or later, western democracies as a whole are going to vote themselves into brutal autocracy run by the kind of infantile strong men who proliferate in the former Soviet republics.

Per your last sentence, wouldn't that have been *why* there was a daily press briefing with the press secretary rather than the President himself? If you can't quote POTUS, you quote a proxy with the inside track.

That's on my list of titles to buy when we finally get around to replacing our cooked PS3 with a 4.

If Chris Evans stopped playing Captain America, I wouldn't be mad if Robert Buckley took over.

My mistake. Sincere apologies.

The strangeness will be thingier.

It's easy if you're an adherent of that particular brand of Christianity, which is in reality a violent death cult that worships money and power.
