Plates are bull shit anyways. IMO they infringe on my right to privacy. I’m not saying I shouldn’t register my car, but why must I drive around with a unique identifier? The only thing they are used for is to identify me whether they have probable cause or not.  On top of it all, if you’re rich enough, you don’t even

Sorry but I don’t get it, surely it’s the look of the license plate that ruins the front end, right? I don’t see how this wrap changes that. FWIW, I’ve never had a front plate on the 5 cars I’ve owned here in California. Most car people here consider it a $25 beauty tax if you get a front plate ticket.

Saw this thing yesterday. I doubt I’ll spot anything cooler over the weekend.

How about the one that just got dropped off in my driveway from Japan today?

Not from this weekend but from this week:

Going to be this one as soon as I get done with the Fuel Pumps

Guess we’ll see how much of a “free speech absolutist” he really is in due time.

Well since I have been relegated to the greys for the past 4 months we know how G/O media deals with its critics.

When first read the headline, I was thinking, ‘oh, it’s the Malibu thing again’. But after reading Silver Lake, I was, ‘wait, there’s rich folk there? It’s not EVEN West LA.’ Some proper orienteering required here for discussions about where rich LA people live...

Silver Lake is one of the most exclusive and expensive neighborhoods in L.A.”

The author clearly doesn’t know LA very well. Silver Lake is in no way “exclusive” and most definitely is not one of the most “expensive” neighborhoods. It had some cache because it was considered to be the “hippest” neighborhood in the country a few years ago. But it’s certainly no Beverly Hills/Bel Air/Los

Go fuck yourself. “The people in the neighborhood are rich so they shouldn’t be able to complain about anything affecting their daily lives that I too would be upset about in the same situation, but because they have more money than me, I hate them and am fine with their suffering, so yeah”

Silver Lake is one of the most exclusive and expensive neighborhoods in L.A.

It’s a little hard to feel for people that have money in certain situations”

Even comrade Che Gorilla is sick of the wokesters!

This is why I rarely visit this site anymore. Typical Gawker BS. I recommend carscoops.com and thedrive.com.

How are you going to enforce that? Leaving threatening voicemails?

Are you sure this is a car website? I was mistaking this for a VOX article.

This article is pointless drivel and totally ignores the point of the Ottawa Freedom Convoy. The protestors have a valid point and articles like this should not trivialize what is being communicated by so many freedom-loving people.

The complaint about the protests was that people couldn’t get anywhere, not pollution. So ban all vehicles, and you still have the same problem.
