No, I mean I wake up a bit later. Although before I started going to the gym at night I was up at 4 so I could be in there by 4:30. It was fucking brutal so I started reverting back to night owl tendencies and going between like 9 and 11.

Just to follow up on this: my lunch was frozen when i took it out of the mini-fridge at work today and I am fuckin devastated

Yeah, I dunno. I got to 30 basically eating whatever I wanted. I’m a little overweight, but not by much and basically healthy (old sports injuries). I only started trying to be more sensible cause I figured it couldn’t be that long before the other shoe dropped.

I do that for the sake of my time card. I have to enter my hours in manually and if I eat my lunch before noon I only have to remember to switch the thing over to PM once on the whole time card.

I mean I did but its usually like 5:30-6 AM. I’m supposed to eat every three hours for this diet I’m on
