No, I’ve never been the type of person who has the newest console on hand or a PC that can handle new games so I mostly do sports games vicariously.

Well, baby steps I guess. Giving you a reason to keep playing one of their games maybe even after a new one is out is new for them.

Wonder if the more robust story mode has anything to do with generating a little replayability compared to games that are basically just annual roster updates.

Blood and Doyle

This is pretty much what I’ve been thinking. What I see up there suggests to me strongly that he did do something to her, no matter how strange her own behavior may be.

Oh fuck

Yeah I know. I guess my real theory is that they felt like the had to do SOMETHING about Zeke in order to avoid the appearance that they were covering something up and they just didn’t game it out any further than that.

Well, like I said, I’m guessing they wouldn’t have wanted to play out exactly like this. I’m just coming at it from the perspective of thinking they kind of had to do SOMETHING otherwise people would have accused them of covering for him the way they did with Ray Rice. The likelihood is that’s true and they were just

Is there any chance that this might be what they wanted to happen? Like they wanted to be able to un-suspend Zeke while also looking like they gave a shit about Tiffany Thompson? Obviously this wouldn’t be the way you’d want that to play out...but...I dunno I’ll just take my tinfoil hat off now.

Well according to him she always knew. Like I said, I’m just wary of falling into the trap of wholly disbelieving specific claims based on someone’s questionable character. So yeah, probably is too strong I guess, but it just seems unlikely to me that there’s smoke with no fire.

Yeah, that’s fair. I was just going on the conclusions they reached about the time frames re: pictures of the bruises and the fact that they appeared to be a result of assault. I’m also wary of totally disbelieving her based on her own behavior, because as you pointed out, they can BOTH be terrible people.

That’s kind of what I was thinking too. He has a plausible explanation for everything that she claims happened, but he’s not the first person who has, and the idea that people might have been paid off or pressured into silence or changing their story is not exactly far fetched. That said, evidence is evidence and if

Okay, I just wanted to make sure I was reading that right and not falling into one of these traps where the guy gets off because the victim’s credibility is questioned.

So let me see if I’ve got this right: he PROBABLY did something to her, but the NFL’s investigator couldn’t find hard evidence and Thompson’s story was contradictory (to say nothing of the evidence that she probably was trying to cash in on being with Elliot), so they recommend that he not be suspended due to lack of

Is it? Aren’t Junkrat and Roadhog’s VA’s both American?

I can’t decide if that’s a good attempt at an Australian accent or a bad one.

No

I remember my dad telling me that when he was in high school his school had an unusually great soccer team because their principle was deeply convinced that football was unsafe and refused to have a team. This was a public school in Brooklyn in the early 60s and it always amazed me that anyone was that far ahead of

All I know is that I was not a very good keeper, and yet, this NEVER, ever happened to me in all my time in goal.

PHRASING! Also, as a former keeper I am mystified as to how these things happen one time, let alone that you could create a whole highlight compilation of exactly this kind of mistake. It’s not a video game where they die and respawn at center field after you get control of the ball, bud.
