Depending on what state you live in you could do an apprenticeship instead of law school. I live in CA and the state bar has a Law Office Study Program. Instead of law school you’re ready reqyired to work under the supervision of a qualfying attorney (5 years good standing with the bar). You Canberra work FT or PT.…

I feel like the American Academy of Pediatrics should sue for trademark infringement. The names are too similar. If the logos and design of website and material are closely related, this should be a good case.
