I can only agree with this sentiment if we're talking about Napoleon: TW.

I know how that is. These days, my 360 gets turned on for 2 reasons:

Here's what they've been doing for me: getting sold and putting slight amounts of money back into my wallet. Can't ask for much more than that.

That's just it though. There isn't really a danger of the series passing into obscurity right now. Star Trek still maintains a pretty high amount of cultural relevance in the West. The issue is really the handling of the property. Enterprise was the last series on TV, and was an unfortunate victim of itself. It

In any case, I'm really just waiting for Star Citizen

Like I said, fast and loose with the physics...

I can't even get into firefall. I was finally able to make a toon, but then it crashed and when I logged back in it wouldn't let me make another.

I didn't think he created it. I was remembering wrong and thought his actions resulted in the federation creating the Prime Directive. My assumption was that he had done something stupid and the Federation created rules to prevent similar incidents. My bad on that, haven't actually seen that episode in many years.

Per "A Private Little War," Kirk's actions around the age of 23 were crucial in the establishment of the Prime Directive. I never look to Enterprise for canon.

Finally saw Into Darkness yesterday. My opinion of both movies is that they're pretty fun popcorn movies with a hint of Star Trek flavor. I can suspend a lot for the sake of some Star Trek, because I love it more than I can tell you. Now, if I may take off my Fun-movie-lover shorts and put on my serious-Trek-fan

Holy crap! Where can I get one of these? KJI is my favorite photoshop subject

Heck, raise it 60 feet. We'd get rid of those lesser, more Eastern parts of NC and the Triangle would be within spitting distance of the Beach. Win-win for my region.

Oh jesus, the Harry Potter thing just makes me want to cry. I have a friend who was allowed to read the books as long as she never said any of the spell words outloud. I confronted her Dad on it, and pointed out that it's all silly, made up latin and that if that's his fear then he shouldn't let her near a

Oh shit I'd let him be my DM.

I laughed. I laughed hard.

It's true. My 3.5 group had a halfling monk who ended up being the butt of just about every joke. Memorable moments include:
My barbarian breaking down a door with his ram (how he handled every door), triggering a trap, grappling the monk and using him as a meat-shield.
My barbarian fumbling his weapon, losing it,

I played a Chaotic-Neutral Half-Orc Barbarian who was devoted to Gruumsh back in 3.5.

I have stared into the abyss.

Am I the only person who doesn't want reboots of the series? Closest I'd want to get is another crew in the same timeframe.

Everybody can name the worst episodes of a given series, but the overall quality is great. It's the strength of Star Trek as a series. The same has not been true of the movies.

Thanks CM.
