For daily weather the extra precision of whole integers isn’t any more useful than half a degree of celsius. We live in the age of digital readouts, celsius is just better.

Anyone that lives somewhere that gets below 0'F will get more use out of Celsius, as having the freezing point of water as the center point is more useful than the freezing point of saltwater.
