Vast majority anime is still (technically) hand drawn except cheap budget CGI anime like above. what you looking for is more specially a drawing style of the 90s era. Jojo’s bizzare adventure, parasite come to mind.

I can never get into FE games. the battle is repetitive where if you played one battle, you basically experenced the whole game. the rest of the other battles is mostly just filler to pad out the game with short scenario in-between. the only think i like is the characters and their interactions.
