I was once asked in an initial job interview to name my 3 favorite movies and The Beastmaster was my number 3 (I think I’d just bought the DVD so its glory was fresh in my mind). Based on his reaction I think the interviewer might have had some misconceptions concerning what a movie called “Beastmaster” is all about.

I’ll give some love to Beastmaster- In a Pre-LOTR world, fantasy pickings were slim. Thanks for for the cheesy movies, and RIP

Probably not, but if you sign into the PlayStation Store on a PC, you should be able to add the PS5 version to your library for when you eventually do decide to get a PS5. (Seemed to work with Bugsnax at least.)

For me the game feels entirely made for creators, and since I’m not particularly creative that turns me off a lot. It somehow feels like I’d be missing out by buying it to “only” play others’ creations. I suspect there’s a lot of people who feel this way even if it’s not really true at all.

That’s crazy- Denzel is no worse than anyone in that film, and the best thing of that film is its performances.

Worst is easy: Warcraft for PS1.

The Switch was the system of 2020 in my household for sure.

*Thrust of the plot. Not the thirst of the plot. I know that word is used in a new modern way but I'm not cool enough to attempt that.

old IBM era computers with monochrome and duochromes resolution monitors, not even VGA or SVGA yet (Those are still years ahead).

I have been on and around escalators my entire life, but man are those Metro ones looooong, and by association, steep...

I’d hate to see a top-notch show get lost in the Sabbac shuffle the way Solo: A Star Wars Story did (which is the best film of the Disney era).

Yeah, I get what you mean. Obviously everybody has their own tolerance for performance issues (for instance, I’ve been playing the new Hyrule Warriors and performance is super bad but ultimately it doesn’t bother me much) but I’ve just seen too many people saying anything sub-60fps is somehow unreasonable and I can’t

Have you checked out his current podcast with Maddy and Kirk?

Incognito mode should work.

That’s okay, it’s not gonna stop the fuckheads from bagging on Fisher.

when your country is known for ripping off other peoples idea, this is what an original thought looks like

Not sure I agree. Some games have always launched and then flopped. I don’t think that because some games are allowed to linger around longer means that more other games are flopping as a result. The industry is larger now.

I mean I think it’s a weird thing, but I bought it, and I don’t see myself being outraged for future generations that can’t buy it. Some things are limited time in life. It’s the decision they made, it’s weird, but just buy it now if you want it. If you have that big a problem with it then don’t buy it. On the

There’s a difference between not looking great and not performing great and what a lot of PS4/XB1 users are reporting. It looks like fucking garbage from a lot that I’ve seen. So I’m glad those affected (minus the people who bought a physical copy I guess) are getting their money back.

The thing that continues to bother me, is it’s clear that CDPR made a game that was designed to push the limits of high end hardware, but still encouraged last gen console owners to preorder and purchase. They did this knowing that they needed last gen purchases to justify the cost of the game’s development, but also
