You can usually tell when a person starting gaming by hearing what game they consider to be the mother of all FPS. I go with Wolfenstein 3D, because that was my first exposure to that type of game, but I think there may be an even earlier one.

The free upgrades to the Special Edition are good enough to me, it includes the fishing and the PS5 enhancements. I’ve just been playing the game again recently, so I think I’ll wait now to continue my most recent playthrough.

Always nice to see a developer respond to customer concerns and update the content warning. However, saying the content should be taken out of the game is censorship. The best way to avoid the type of content that you find offensive is to not buy the game. Obviously there are some concepts or actions that are banned…

Loop Hero, awesome. I’ll probably pick up Islanders as well. Slime Rancher, Curious Expedition 2 and Astroneers are unmentioned, so this is not everything mentioned.

He did say that the game was worth it if you have a group of friends willing to commit and the space to play it on, especially if you like Assasin’s Creed.

The amount of anger, hatred and toxicity surrounding this thing is pretty astonishing. I mean, sure, it is destined to be a failure for so many reasons. But I don’t see why this thing has developed such a passionate following of haters, who go out of their way stomp on its still born corpse. 

Syndicate is Bullfrog at the top of their game. Syndicate Wars is even better. Bullfrog had a pretty great run of games for a while, from Populous to Dungeon Keeper.
