what is that horrible font? is it 1989?

morgans have round headlights. period.

if you're going to let slow, weird cars with a cult following like Volvo in, can i nominate 1967 volkswagens? because that is a panoply of ACVW goodness.

one step closer to Idiocracy. Forgive me if i've posted this before, since i think i have that thought DAILY.

no one's commented on the green and yellow racing stripes that look like they were done with shelf paper. So i am.

i thought the reason for running negative camber was that, as the car rolls, the tread surface increases (as the car "rolls onto" the outer edge of the tread). If the tire is already cambered, and you subject it to rolling forces, wouldn't it just roll farther onto the outer surface of the tread (and maybe the

@Razster: let's see how that tercel/rotary would have left with its tires in the puddle. and by leave i mean turn sideways and take out the tree.

i have to say, it hooked pretty good for still being in the water.

@Mad_Science: The last ACVW show i went to, all the (admittedly few show up) waterpumper guys would drag water up to the line with their allseason tires, then "leave on the rev limiter" (the factory max rpm limiter, not a 2step) and cut a 2.70 60 foot (and leave the staging area wet to boot).

@Anrkist: like you wouldn't.

@UmayMedusa: there are plenty of OLD houses, with better construction than you can buy today, in neighborhoods close to the center of stuff, than there are HOA tract dumps OR available land for an OSB/siding/rainbow window McMansion new-built, too. Just sayin, i love my 1920s neighborhood.

no reason to live there (as others have said, just positively gross "architecture").... no sympathy.

MTV3 shows WRC in Finland? We get guidos from Staten Island giving each other chlamydia in oil-filmed hot tubs, and they get this?!

@Kerc 2.0 beta: solberg takes shots with jalops, plus he has a hot white-blonde wife. can you reconsider?

did you mean "mass is converted to urine?"

@Desu-San-Desu: you just described british touring cars. Dammit, i can't drink warm budweiser to that!

the offtopic section of my RD/RZ forum is wild. virulent racism etc. I thought anyone into ancient 2 strokes would be a mellow person, but no. it'd be like if you went to a SAAB forum and found racist trolls (someone chime in and tell me this exists, or more hopefully, does not).

OK, so this is not a car story, but a Vespa (the old kind) story. I have a 78 p200 cutdown with a bunch of speed parts on it, good for 80-85 mph. i'm in grad school, set to proctor a final exam. it's april in nc, and i am an IDIOT so i am preparing to ride to UNC in shorts and a t shirt.

@CABEZAGRANDE: i get that ardun heads were OHV conversions (and thus "valve cover") but that kinda don' make sense with "flathead". whatever, any period motor in this thing is perfect by me.
