I would absolutely watch a Clone A-Team.

Yup. Virginia Hay (Zhaan) had serious kidney damage. Apparently wearing full-body makeup that prevents you from sweating can cause problems. Why knew?
There was never going to be a happy ending for Rachel, either. She was a sociopath and literally loved fighting and killing. That she found a positive (?) outlet for that in fighting a guerrilla war against alien invaders was probably a good thing, but after the war, would she have ever found peace or happiness?
By the time I was in high school (early 00s) and actually paying attention to football, John Madden’s commentary seemed more like a joke and stating the obvious to me.
Honestly it makes me think of a TNG-era take on the Oberth-class design. I can dig it.
Case in point, I had a Pebble Smartwatch for several years which used an E-Ink display. It had a battery life of around a week and a half. But when I first got it I noticed it was way way lower than it should’ve been, only a couple of days. And it was because I had set it to display the seconds instead of just hours…
Speaking as someone who’s been flying AA for work twice a week for the last 2 months, the most they’ve done is left the middle seats open every other row. And that wasn’t every flight from what I could tell.
Still super annoyed that DuckTales isn’t getting added till the new season is over...
It’s just not their business. At it’s core, Google is a data company. They exist to sell ads. Apple is a hardware and software company, they exist to get people buying their hardware and invested into their software ecosystem.
Fun fact: the Xbox 360 used an IBM PowerPC-based CPU
I loved him as Frodo in the BBC Radio Lord of the Rings. Highly recommend if you need something to listen to for the commute. I think it’s around 13 one-hour parts?
JFC this new site redesign is awful. Long articles broken up into pages and the only way I can see to get to the comment section is to actually click all the way ahead to the last page of the article. And don’t even get me started on the information overload on the front page.
On nice days with no chance of rain, I’ll sometimes take the visor off my full-faced helmet and stick it in my saddlebags. I’ve got a nice pair or riding goggles that work great.
Above all the other stupid crap he did, I will never forgive Rick Berman for These Are The Voyages...
Manna Coto took over as showrunner from Berman and it made such a difference. Right up until that abomination of a series finale.
Enterprise Season 3 was basically Year of Hell but with more personal stakes. Overall I thought it was pretty solid, especially with how things got worse as the season wore on. Especially Azati Prime and Damage where the Enterprise got blown to bits and had to resort to piracy to get their warp drive working again.
Good old Netflix, bringing anime to our shores entire quarters too late.
Seems like most airlines are requiring masks during flights now anyway. I’m gonna be flying for work tomorrow and no way in hell am I not wearing one until I leave the destination terminal.
If you tap without rhythm, it won’t attract the worm.
As a tourist coming from the states to visit Toronto and some areas around it, I knew about how serious Ontario takes speeding and you bet your ass I let cruise control dictate how fast I was going. I encountered 2 DUI checkpoints in a single day going from the city to a spa up along Lake Huron.
