Great article. Microsoft really need to follow Google into 2 factor authentication with their new Outlook webmail. Another way to secure your email account is to use an alias for signing up to all sites, that way if someone hacks a site such as Amazon they don't have your email, but just an alias.

What no Security section?? Gmail has a huge advantage of 2Step verification which Outlook doesn't seem to have. If it had that then I would switch.

Does anyone know how to setup 2step verification for Dropbox? Do I need to do it through Google settings?

This is extremely frustrating. I signed up for a new account because I can never get my name@anything.com. I did not realise that I could just change the name of my old hotmail address to a new available outlook.com address. This now means that I have two emails, my old one which has everything setup and all my emails

On iOS 6 new feature, this is welcome, but if you're jailbroken you can just use PasswordPilot.

Really nice work. Great use of Winterboard and Springtomize. This is my old theme, but I've since given up theming because it just takes too much time. http://simieski.deviantart.com/#/d32dlqr

I'd like to see 11. Make a 1080p ready XBMC HTPC from a Raspberry Pi added to this list.

itv shows is better than TV forecast imo. Otherwise a very good list, even if it is very similar to last time.

VOTE: Simplenote (Premium). Simple, fast, and list mode with premium does the task list job.

Same here. Used it at first but then just resorted back to keywords or bookmarks bar. Might revert to about:blank. Would change to Pulse News web app if they got it launched.

I would have liked to have seen Mercury included, it seems to have all of Atomic's features with a better looking skin.

Does anyone know what type of dog that is in the picture?

Agreed that Skydrive is the best free service out there for non professionals.

Cannot believe I never knew this! Thanks

Not sure how this would work for magnet, as there's no file downloaded. Someone posted a workaround for Mac here using Hazel. [rahulgonsalves.com] A bit more complex though. Maybe Belvedere could do the same on Windows?
