We had a drone crash into one of our cars at a recent indoor Auto Show.

We have a few green ones in the Museum's collection:

That's an interesting question. Eventually you will end up with a Ship of Theseus.

duPont built several series of cars in Delaware, powered by Continental engines. They were one of a very small group (Duesenberg, Stutz, duPont) of American companies to make a serious effort at international road racing. They very nearly won Le Mans in 1929. Can you imagine that?

How about a 1909 American Underslung. So-called because the frame is mounted under the axles. It would be similar to a modern car called the "Ford body-on-frame" or "Chevrolet unit-body", or something similar.

Thank you for the kind words. We're serious jalops, and we're here every day, usually several times. Looking to see how we can contribute more. We have 10 lifetimes worth of material to publish.

Those are 2 fantastic cars. If you can't get to Goodwood to see the D-Type up close, we have one (XKD-538) which can be seen up-close over 300 days out of the year. Aside from the 30+ year old paint, it's entirely original down to the trim. Ours is slightly different from the Blue one above, which is a long-tail

They most certainly were. In 1994, they won Daytona 24 outright and Sebring 12 outright. Also won class at Le Mans and finished 5th overall behind 4 prototypes.

The car shown above is the 1995 412T2, which had the 3.0L V12. The last year for an F1 Ferrari 3.5L V12 was the 1994 412T1 and 412T1B. Both engines are particularly glorious.

Some real heavy hitters sat here.

I'm sure that can be arranged. We'd certainly love to do it. If one of the Jalopnik team can name the time and place, we'll be there. We have reams of material on this exact car.

Thanks for the kind words. More views:

We're quite partial to our 1958 Aston Martin DBR1, chassis #DBR1/3:

Thank you for posting about this car. It's been receiving some serious international attention this past week, having won the International Historic Motoring Awards' 2014 Car of the Year, as voted on by the public: Read about it

Thank you for the suggestion. Experiencing the Bugatti Tank in person is almost a religious experience. It is an incredible car.

Thanks for the suggestion. Something tells me you might see one of those run very soon.

May we suggest the 1964 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe CSX2287:
