Yes, exactly. I love any kind of music that does something new or different. Cliches have their place (and are obviously what sells), but I respect artists that think differently.

I know the songs aren't exactly related, but you asked :)

Yep, Deus Ex: HR was definitely my second favorite this year. I loved the nods to the original's soundtrack and yet bringing the style in a new direction to more accurately fit the setting and themes.

Anyone else ordering the soundtrack? It's one of the best aspects of the game in my opinion and is one of the best soundtracks in a game that I can remember. It's $30, comes with four discs and a cool case, and if you order by December 23rd, the composer signs it.

Well, to be fair, game reviews follow the review format originally used by film critics. Just because a film got four stars out of four, doesn't mean it was a perfect movie. There is no such thing because, obviously, it is all subjective. The Godfather was an amazing film, but no one can call it perfect. Does that

Must you really post something negative on every article related to Skyrim? We get it, you don't like the game.

I already hate you more than words can show, so yes.

This is my band's new song, released today.

I can see what you're saying, but I'm talking about quality. If you showed an average console player gameplay from both games, many would be inclined to be wowed more by what happens in a Battlefield game. Battlefield just has those "moments" that no other game has, even on consoles. If the player is a CoD fan on

Outdo or outsell? When you compare all the things that Battlefield brought to the table compared to what MW3 is bringing... well, I don't know about MW3 emerging victorious. It really is the same old shit dressed up with new skins and environments.

But he's not mentally unfit, he's just one step ahead of the curve and has one less thing to be drilled into his head by the military. They train you to kill, after all. That's the whole point.

Though it's not evidence to support the OP's claim that "thousands" are joining up because of military games, I had a friend in high school who signed up for the marines because of what he saw in Call of Duty. He must have had a screw loose. He said he was excited to shoot people and would always joke around about

Damn, that is really impressive. If the final game comes out like that, I will be there day one. We need more emotion and consequences in shooters if they are going to stay viable. This and Bioshock Infinite look to be a step in the right direction.

Ok, I'll try not to be. I forgot that if you have more than one PS3 they can combine into a Transformer that does unimaginable things that my one PS3 could only dream of doing.

Wake Island! Strike at Karkand! Battlefield 3!

Oh yeah? I have a PS3 in my bathroom, my kitchen, my living room, six of my bedrooms, my basement, my garage, my study, my game room, my basketball court, my helipad, and my rocket ship.

I was pretty pissed about this, and still feel a little bit of the sting, but I'm glad Epic decided to be transparent about this. I can now see why they did it and I feel like it's completely understandable.

Sarcasm?
