Where the unholy hell do you live that you can drive that much in a day? The fucking moon? In the US that would be over 10 hours of non stop driving at 60mph non stop. You would do nothing other than drive, and hope to god you don’t encounter traffic.

I mean, most of the staff responses to the guy’s question were silly (aside from the Land Cruiser, which is always a solid choice). So I gave my input, but not in an entirely serious manner. All I’ve ever owned have been BMW’s and Land Rovers, so I don’t actually know what reliability is.

It’s a good line but a tough one to say when you’re driving a Corolla.

The right answer is unquestionably a used Lexus LS or GS. A few year old GS 350 AWD F Sport is pretty nice looking.

I really wanted to like this bike and I truly do applaud HD for doing something new for once, but I cannot for the life of me see why anybody would buy this beyond having more money than sense.

To echo some other comments, why would I get this over more powerful, lighter, range-ier and A LOT cheaper Zero? HD is not the Tesla of motorcycles, they don’t get the same goodwill or leeway on price that Tesla uses to have.

Im just hoping all the old guys with money to burn buy the crap outta these so that the tech and business model gets cheaper for the rest of us. Ill start considering one of these when the Second gen lightning strike comes out.
