Fair point. One of my cop friends acquaintances told a tale of approaching a stopped Honda sedan here in LA on driver’s side, driver twisted in his seat and got a shot off at the cop, cop pulled his service weapon and stuck it through the (open) rear driver’s side window, shot the driver dead in the back of his head.
