Somehow I read this as “I’m not interested” and not what you really wrote “I’m most interested”.
Nice to see that I can tick off the “nobody else does anything right” on my Tim White bingo card.
In Kong they also state that he is still a child, so your take makes sense. Since that took place at the end of the Vietnam war, they can just kinda say he’s an adult now and make him bigger and ready to travel/fight on a global scale.
Well, it is set a number of decades after the last time you saw him.
it’s because it’s not him, it’s Mechagodzilla.
Yes, I know, I live in the land of Grizzlies and Polar bears. It’s why I stay off deep trails between Feb - May. Black bears are big enough and fast enough for me (motorcycle with claws). That extinct bear is still ridiculous.
Also, everyone in Alaska agrees, Grizzly Man was a dumb ass New Yorker.
Yeah, I’ve always been bothered by these models that have modern language suddenly appearing about 70,000 yBP. Modern humans were already pretty spread out by then.
Glad to see that the anatomical evidence is so well-marshalled here.
Age of Extinction is pretty watchable if you skim it on Netflix by skipping every scene not involving Lockdown, the only interesting character.
Dolly: Inspired by Elizabeth Bear’s short story, the film is described as “a sci-fi courtroom drama in which a robotic ‘companion doll’ kills its owner and then shocks the world by claiming she is not guilty and asking for a lawyer.”
Watch the ORIGINAL Godzilla not the one with Raymond Burr.
I now support the Snyder Cut just so Whedon’s credit can be wiped from the record
It’s time to burst Hollywood apart. First there’s Bryan Singer (ugh), whose proclivities have somehow gone unpunished, and it KEEPS on happening! And I’m sure there’s countless others.
Good term, thanks.
Unfortunately he’s been in long enough that he’s already made his golden parachute.
Hollywood as a whole NEEDS to get over it’s attachment issues with flawed (but money making) creators. You’re absolutely right in they’re SO many quality and creative minds out there.
Yet more evidence that Joss Whedon is a complete POS. Color me unsurprised. I hope the industry drops him like a lead weight. There are plenty of talented people in Hollywood who aren’t horrible who can replace him tomorrow.
I’ve never assumed that “living fossils” had no evolutionary adaptations - that would go against every concept in evolutionary biology. Mutations and other changes to the genome are going to happen and they will get selected for or against over time.
