None of those figures are especially high-quality.

See, I stopped reading DC & Marvel comics because everything sets up everything else. Unless you’re reading one of the few isolated series (Unbeatable Squirrel Girl, the fairly recent Howard the Duck miniseries), you kind of have to read ALL OF THEM to get the full picture. I ain’t got time for that. I ain’t got the

Oh yeah, the first movie is great!

Revelations was a largely forgettable attempt to adapt Silent Hill 3 but is entirely toothless by comparison, with some very very bad greenscreening. I just rewatched it a couple months ago to test whether my bad memories of it were accurate. They were!

Keep it that way! I’ll never get that two hours back.

I’d put money on it.

First off all, this is gonna be fun.

I would argue that S3 of Harley Quinn is also Ivy-centric, and while I’m here for it, it does feel like Harley has become the secondary protagonist of her own series.

I enjoyed them all to varying degrees—as it is with any given grab-bag of Godzilla movies. I wouldn’t say that QUALITY is the reason anybody watches a Godzilla movie—I watch it to see two or more giant monsters duking it out. Where quality is injected is almost an accidental happenstance. They can’t all be Shin

I don’t think I’ve ever cared less about an upcoming film.

Apparently the haters don’t like Melanie either because she’s not badass enough or something. That was kind of the perfect casting choice in my opinion. Her previous roles set your expectations going in and then she destroys them.

I got more of a Terra Nova vibe from it. Remember Terra Nova? Goddamn, talk about a show that completely squandered its premise.

Good question, actually. I don’t know if it’s the human species as much as modern capitalism. Pre-industrial indigenous people have been living in balance with nature for a millennia.

Resurrecting extinct animals while living animals dwindle away seems like a badly structured set of priorities to me. Soon you’ll have even more animal to resurrect, I guess.

I think the de-extinction concept exists to quell two things:

There was a time where I would’ve welcomed a Waititi-directed Akira, but after seeing most of his movies I’m not sure he’s the guy for it. Akira doesn’t have a funny bone in its body, which is a strength.

Excited to check this out; the new designs look like interesting updates of the Rise characters. I’m very happy they’re all recognizable from silhouettes alone.

Record holder or not, that’s a big-ass toad.

Love me some hell pigs! I think at one point they were thought to be close to the origin of whales but that’s fallen out of favor as genetic evidence points to hippos (which makes way more sense).

Oh yes, that’d be fun!
