I’ve watched people try and claim that the Clinton Foundation is a bad charity because it “only” uses 90%+ of its funds for charitable work and retains 10% ish for administrative stuff. Nevermind that 90%+ is amazing and beats the hell out of the vast majority of nonprofits out there. Apparently, it should be 100%.

You know what’s amazing?

I guarantee you that every single time there is an attack, every single peaceful Muslim the world over says, “please, not a Muslim.” Because it’s the actions of these few that end up not just falling back on them and their families, but radicalizing their children because of that fallback, who then complete the cycle

Seven-year itch indeed.

YES! Also I was kinda peeved by the comment about Doyle being a white, thin, blonde woman. I mean... LISTEN I am a black woman in a “third world country” (i hate that term) and even I wouldn’t turn around and be salty because Oprah, of all people, decided to highlight a white woman’s work. I do not think Oprah needs

Her upset with the Franzen-as-Chosen-One situation was understandable, but this is not. She’s incredibly successful and already famous, and she’s upset that a lesser-known author got an award of sorts that has no quantifiable criteria and comes from a person she has previously publicly berated, just because she really

I sympathize with Jennifer, but at the same time, there are times when the smart thing to do is to keep your mouth shut. And when you’re the 1% and want to complain that you aren’t the 0.05%, that would be the time.

Wow. It is too early in the day/week to have to read that pile of garbage coming out of that woman’s mouth.

Or someone who can't, but whose looks and charm make him worth subsidizing.

Now playing

I hate to break it you but somebody’s worst nightmare has been realized. The mannequins are coming to life and are after our souls.

Was Cathy Keenan good too? I just remember that hairstyle!

No one was better than Liz. No, Joey Jeremiah. Maybe Spike.

I watched that when I was far too old for it because it was nostalgically comforting. You’re not that old. :-)

They say it doesn’t bother them. In the article.

Actually yes they do. Several countries, including the Bahamas, have issued warnings due to the perceived likeliness of police violence, especially against young black men.

Here is a picture of my dog being adorable. If it soothes anyone I will have done some good work because wtf.

Hey now, that was clearly a sheriff’s star.

Ditto. I did have a major fangirl moment meeting Diana Gaboldon recently though, and I would have thought it odd if someone paid money to be at the event and then played Pokemon, but whatever. It’s their $ to waste.
