For the record that only happens if you use custom moves which you have to glitch in since Mewtwo has no custom moves to unlock

Problem is coin counting machines are not accurate.

I once got a TD bank in trouble by getting a roll of quarters through the teller, ran them through the machine and was able to deposit $9.50. So from my experience you will "pay" a 5% charge through a counting machine.
