Gravel Grinders.

I think you all just need to harden up and get on with scrapping them. The longer they sit there in storage, degrading into the concrete...the more problems they will cause.

Looks like an extra in The Walking Dead!

Why did I not see this on Kickstarter?

Subaru has no need for an STI version of this. It already offers the WRX. Plus it’s already expensive compared to the 86 and Subaru have made their coin from it anyway or at least accepted that’s all the coin they are going to make. And the Miata now comes as a 2 door hardtop.

When a Sprinter pisses fire one usually calls WADA...

Perhaps BMW only has problems in America? [looks around] Nope!

Saw this as well and thought “I see fear in those eyes. Let’s kill it with fire”.

I have a similar if less complicated arrangement on my16 year old diesel VW T4 so the cool air can get to the top mounted intercooler without a bonnet scoop sucking in leaves, dust, water and wayward pidgeons

We have been doing 0.05 in Oz since the mid 80s. We can still out drink anyone in Utah. And there’s no shortage of tourists, restaurants and hospitality. Or driving.

I suspect there’ll be tears of joy no matter how this first drive ends.

In Australia, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Yeah but don’t blame the car for that. It’s not the cars fault. Many BMW’s are fabulous cars. Their owners are a different matter. Many of them are fabulous wankers. Many of them aren’t. The proportions are probably not dissimilar for Commodore or Corolla drivers...or Australians in general.

Aussies live for watching wankers come unstuck.

I could be all cynical and suggest that Chevron recognised the memorial was actively cared for for over a decade, recognised the risk to their public profile of demolishing it (even when they didn’t know the carer) substantially outweighed the cost of preparing a permanent alternative AND recognised the potential

In Oz, we get the 2.0L engine as well and with manual but the 2.5 is only available with the CVT.

Much the same system in some states of Australia. It’s no biggie. Some states don’t do it and the visible state of the fleet reflects this.

We know them in Oz as the Morris 1100...though we also got just 23 of the walnut and leather trimmed Vanden Plas Princess 1100.

Yep. Got dazed and confused in the ThunderDome Theme Park

It’s still rad but so is wrestling a brown snake in your undies with one hand tied behind your back and wearing a welding helmet.
