If it wasn’t for my job, I’d be off social media myself. Can relate to the struggle 100%, believe me. I’d argue, however, that the only people who can change them are not those they know personally. It’s like drug and alcohol addiction... the only people who can change them are themselves.

One example... their organic, anti-biotic free flank steak at SL is $8.99 per pound currently. Publix is selling their cheaper, non-organic version for $8.49…
