Aw, sneaky, divering a pun thread into a Simpsons call-and-response. A tricky manœuvre, but it worked out for you!

I still have to remind myself he’s not the old Onion columnist.
Attend the University of Delaware?
Someone should write a libelous mambo about that guy, that perform a slanderous mambo about him!
That sounds about right. I once noticed that RotS was available on-demand for free, and I sort of watched it in the background. I can’t ever imagine actually clicking on AotC.
Ha! That’s what I get for beïng intentionally vague! I’ve never seen AG; is it Star-Wars-like?
Keira Knightley was a bit of a longshot, to be sure. I was just thinking that that was th’only prequel with her in it, and that I like Keira Knightley. I don’t actually remember anything about her in it.
Oh, I agree. I just didn’t bring it up because people (I’d say the majority) tend to like RotS best (prequel, obviöusly), and I didn’t wanna get into that, while I’ve never heard anyöne say AotC was the best one. It’s hard for me to pick which of II or III is worse, as I only saw each prequel one once, upon original…
I… don’t get it. (I was referencing Guardiäns of the Galaxy, but that second part is missing in the latter movie…)
She’ll prolly just try to run away from the Rancor with heels on…
A Star-Wars-like movie telling the origin story of a lovable rogue and how he met all his crazy aliën friends, set to classic rock? It could work, I tells ya!
Agreed. I think the only thing that’s worse about TPM is more Jar Jar and the trade federation aliëns. Otherwise, you get Liam Nieson, Kiera Knightley, Darth Maul, the Pod Race, etc. And yes, Jake Lloyd’s performance is no more Oscar Worthy than what’s-his-butt’s, but at least it’s a standard Hollywood kid performance…
It’s funny you mention Sedaris, because the first time I bought a book-on-tape (for a long car trip), I wandered around the section, worried I might get one with a bad reader. (I’ve always dreamed I would put all the books on tape I’ve listened to in a database, with author and reader sortable, but oh well.) So I…
B-99 in Gotham is definitely something I would watch the hell out of.
-Jake is, obviöusly, a huge Batman fan; his dream is a team-up.
-Holt is no-nonsense about Batman; sees him as a lawless vigilante.
-Amy dœsn’t believe in the “urban legend” of Batman
-Boyle subscribes to the…
But that eliminates Tower of Babel, not to mention the entirety of the Justice League/JLU.
Also, he’s got an amazing reading voice. So it’s combining that with the old “I’d listen to so-and-so read the phone book” adage.
I’m not sure what you mean, but yes; if you get all your entertainment from the library, unless you remember to set a calendar alert for every due date, you’re always gonna miss one, and at my library, DVDs are $1 for every day late.
Oops, some of us have only watched half of the first four shows. La Signora and I have almost agreed that I’ll watch Power Man, she’ll watch Iron Fist, and we’ll just fill in the details for each other when we watch Defenders.
I do (Il Signorissimo’s) Netflix + DVDs from the library. I still pay at least a dollar in late fees a month, but since I’m goïng there anyway, it works out very nicely.
And which version of Batman? The Adam West one is the only one on Netflix, so I encourage you to watch it while you can! Thanks to noticing that was on there after seeïng Lego Batman, I watched it so I could say I’d seen every Batman movie (including the seriäl where he fights Japanese saboteurs!)… except for Batman…
