I was so excited to see “earmuffs” on the shopping list. Hands down my favorite detail from the original book.
This is the same review of Labyrinth that I got from my fellow gamer/Labyrinth fan. Interestingly, the same review could be given to the manga sequel: that it has some beautiful designs and is a nice nostalgia trip but dœsn’t actually function great as a (story/game). But that seems to damn the comic in a way it dœs…
I think my issue here is I saw 3 way back shortly after its release, when I was 15. Then I saw 4 when it came out forever later, not remembering much about the character, and really enjoyed it in the way one enjoys a movie where somebody blows up a helicopter with a car. Then I finally saw 1 well after that, and of…
1, 3, 4 or 1, 2, 3?
I was thinking recently that they’ve been doïng better at portraying Boyle and Jake as a realistic friendship, rather than just two different sitcom clichés…
I thought that sort of thing only flew on a Sunday. Interesting…
Downvoted sympathetically
epee, aper/aped…
You learnt it from The Simpsons like the rest of us!
The one with the aliën invasion? Oh, of course. I’m a huge sucker for a crossover.
See also: Franklin on Peanuts and Franklin Delano Bluth on Arrested Development. It’s sort of a taboo subject (I wasn’t sure which phrases I wanted lingering in my search history) but I did find this article stating that Washington, Jefferson, and Jackson were the most popular names for those who identified as Black.…
I’ve just finished the ’15-’16 season of Flash. I thought the ending was terrible and I’ve heard nothing bad things about this (i.e. ’16-’17) season, so I’m prolly gonna skip it, especially since I already went ahead and watched the musical episode as it aired. But I know there’s a two-episode Grodd arc, and I love me…
Or two: Pence kicks the bucket, Reigns becomes VP, Trump buys the farm, Reigns becomes POTUS.
This is the eponymous character, right? IMDb says it’s his middle name, so I’m not sure. But I actually found the cringe too much in just the first two episodes, and gave up there. (Also, that gross beard int hat gross margarita pool still makes me want to barf.)
“I thought it was just some ponderous Star Trek movie, but I was relieved when I saw it was Tim Allen in the Captain’s chair.”
That’s exactly when I gave up! I actually kinda liked the storyline with proto-Joker, Barbara, et al. but there were just so many commercials on the Fox ap compared to the zero you see on Netflix that I decided to wait. And now that it is on there, there just dœsn’t seem to be the time.
Also: that it’s th’only MCU show not on Netflix…
Donovan was on an episode of Monk (tho not, as I initially misinterpreted your comment) as Westen. But if he was ever on Psych or White Collar, you need t’update IMDb.
