Those influencers can land somewhere else, on a (preferably) American-made platform of the same ilk. If their content is worth its salt, their subs will follow them.

Hurting “influencers” might be the best argument I’ve heard for banning tiktok. This is something both sides of the aisle could get on board with, something to unite the nation.

They can use Youtube and Instagram.

Maybe they can get a REAL job instead. Nobody asked for these people to be “influencers”, they just found a lazy way to make money fast(er).
