Totally agree. When I was 9 and could play for 12 ours straight, “figure it out” wasn’t a huge deal.

(With this new version) Is it true solo sessions have been removed from online? I saw some reddit chatter and wasn’t sure if it was a bug or a feature.

I really wanted to like the demo, but the controls/combat just seemed overly (perhaps needlessly?) complex.  Maybe they just threw too much at me at once...

Honestly, as fucked as it was at launch, it’s a miracle they’ve gotten it to the state it is now (which, admittedly, still isn’t exactly mind-blowing). I really wasn’t expecting them to.

Your statement is funny, only because I’ve had the exact same thoughts. I’m 47, and a GTA nut (at least as far as single player, don’t care about online) and have run the exact same numbers in my head. “Like how many more do I get?  Two, maybe, if I’m lucky?”

This “game” is the next Duke Nukem Forever. That one finally shipped (or passed out of someone’s body, more accurately) and we’re all like “No one can top THAT!”

This is the first I’ve heard of Defector, but the site looks clean and easy to use. If some of the K writers went there, I’d be happy to support them.

The end game is about giving players the opportunity to resell their items once they’re finished with them or they’re finished playing the game itself.

If that’s the worst problem with the game, sign me the fuck up.  I’ll take it!
