Wow, I can’t believe it’s finally happening! Nintendo never gives me what I want, like EVER. What reality have I stepped into?

I enjoy chasing (easy) achievements, but it feels like on the PS side of things, a lot of the plats (basically “get every single other achievement”) are a pain in the ass. Also don’t like the way higher levels scale - I’m at like level 13 or so, and it looks to take an insane number of achievements to progress further.

Never played the PCE version, but was it really worse than the NES version?  NES was fun, but compared to the arcade and genesis version (my other two points of reference) it didn’t seem to have much in common other than the main character.

Are virtual airlines still a thing? Have a friend who used to do that, but hasn’t in years.

Even as someone that’s not bought it yet (and this certainly isn’t helping them) that’s what burns me. They’re hurting the very folks who supported them when it came out, at full price. That’s seriously biting the hand that feeds them...and the next time I see a new 505 game, I’ll keep that in mind.

The first had a more pixelated, retro art style. It’s not huge, but it’s a noticeable difference.
