I live at the border. What I find so amazing is the number of 1st and 2nd generation of latinos in the RGV are against these people coming to the US. I laugh in their faces as a reminder that your parents and grandparents crossed the same fucking border for you to be born here.

In my career I arrested several Sovereigns.  They carry a lot of nonsense paper and are extremely dangerous.  People take them as a joke; officers from various agencies have taken them for a joke.  These individuals are almost always armed and want confrontation.   My former agency treated them as such. 

I understand very well the scope and cost of such an endeavor.  We find money for lots of projects that have little to no benefit for anyone except corporations.  When it comes to doing the right thing, the subject of cost always comes up.  So I would appreciate it if you would kindly fuck off with this excuse.

When The New Jim Crow was released by Dr. Alexander, the NC DPS: Dept. of Corrections immediately banned the book from prisons.
