Cue the Choir to Say “It’s Hideous”....

It looks totally awesome.

Those contracts aren’t worth much. I remember a story about a prominent car collector in Southern California who lent out a Citroen SM and had it returned with a massive hole cut through the center of the dash and firewall. The production company told him to just get it fixed and send them the bill, it was not a

Meh, no one puts a gun to buyers’ heads to pay the price that the dealer is asking. And if the dealers get buku bucks for that oddly styled, not-seeing-the-bang-for-the-buck sports car, hey, more power to them. Supply and demand.

California doesn’t have a right to do this the federal government gives them a waiver i.e gives them permission to have their own standard. The Lawsuit is over the government not renewing the waiver.

I don’t understand why this is such a big deal for the automakers. If the automakers don’t want to, they don’t have to make their cars more polluting. There’s probably a huge economies of scale incentive to keep everything the same across all markets. The government isn’t going to penalize them if they beat the

Hillary would have completely shat the bed with boots on the ground in Iran by now.

Fuel economy rules are minimums. If automakers are adamant about higher fuel economy all they have to do is produce cars with higher fuel economy.

“I strenuously object?” Is that how it works? Hm? “Objection.” “Overruled.” “Oh, no, no, no. No, I STRENUOUSLY object.” “Oh. Well, if you strenuously object then I should take some time to reconsider.”

Opinions can’t be facts

“Do you work for X” is the lamest reply.

He really had a brilliant marketing mind and unlike Elon he was not batshit crazy.

As a native of Allentown it’s a big deal. One of the most successful people to come out of the Lehigh valley.

Allentown native here. RIP Mr. Iacocca.

Has hating on the rich ever led to anything good for anyone who isn't a revolutionary or a potential politician?

If I wanted snarky drivel like this I would subscribe to Gawker. Please stick with the tech articles. This is almost as irrelevant as the "There was no self-awareness before FB" article.
