Sedans are cheaper and not everyone can afford an SUV. It isn’t always about what you want but what is affordable.

I’ll stock with my car. It gets better gas mileage, easier to park, has enough room for what I need. An SUV is not a one size fitts all solution. I also enjoy driving so some big wallowy SUV isnt gonna do it for me.

Funny, people always claim that they need a vehicle with lots of space yet 95% of SUVs and crossovers I see are driven by one person and aren’t hauling around a washing machine.

They still roll over too easily for comfort. Drive down an icy interstate and you’ll see lots of vehicles that have slid off the road. SUVs and pickups are pretty much he only ones that roll, and they roll more often than not.

Hatchbacks have many of the same advantages. As do minivans.
