I don't know what's weirder, the episode or this review being up so quick… Holy Shit!

it's like, was King Willy being a magical negro when he told Danny Glover about "De uddah side. De spirit world, mon!"

Birdmask indignantly pumps rubber-pellet loaded shotgun

er, phrasing?
…did I do it right?

I like the way Snrub thinks!

lol, that's a good kind of subtle gag I hadn't thought of… in the end Kevin was all "Shut the fuck up & goodbye, Patti."
*drinks every. last. drop.*

At the time, & especially in light of tonight's episode, I thought Pillar Man didn't really see Patti, but saw Kevin & knew what he was going through in a "been there" kind of way… His tone of voice when he asked "Who's your friend?" was sort of playful/sarcastic, like he was letting Kevin know he was in on a joke…

Funniest moment of the night was Kevin's "That is not exactly a ringing endorsement" face when Virgil told him about Pillar Man being a living breathing success story…
or maybe he was remembering when the guy asked him about his "friend"…
One thing I can't figure is did Kevin follow his dad's advice? Did Patti want him

How come Jill didn't see the "Here's the key" sign? Was Patti really blocking it, or was that kind of a plot-hole or did Jill just do a teenage girl eye-roll at precisely the wrong moment, or…? Inquiring minds…

talking, offering friendly advice about how to get your # unlisted, managing that awkward phone call w/ a grace we all could envy, that was a great scene…

Lol! I'm always trying to summon Bai Ling, & one day… one day….
*tinkers around trying to perfect incantation*

they like, really should, eventually…didn't the old man go to Australia? tbh i'm still not too clear about the whole guy-in-Australia storyline, or why it relates to that issue of NatGeo, or what, but i'd bet 0.5 ml of holywater that there'll be some kind of Wham! reveal coming up… & then another episode of nothing

how would that reunion go? lol some cat's in the cradle & we're loony tunes for sure…what would it mean for the universe of the show if Tommy was actually aware of ghosts & hallucinations when he's around Kevin? what if he hugged his dad & it cured him…or if it didn't… anywhether, Tommy ought to show up in the

i'd be up for that too, but i laughed so hard at that part because it had built up such a great tension, & then that posh accent starts intelligibly ranting/reminding that this is the "Leftovers" not "Left Behind"

what happened to the exta hug-powerup Nora got from Wayne? You'd think if she was really a "lens", being in such proximity to Lily would magnify…somethin… 'leats til Tommy shows up in Miracle, that guy would get a wristband just by raising an index finger…

this season is great, & last season made it possible… When Nora answers the phone & it's frickin Laurie, you literally go "Daaamn!" & when Tommy's mia… heh, i'd speculate, but who wants a hug?

bout to read the comments but, ahrg! when Nora choked on the word "lenses", I lost it… & when that posh British accent on the phone busted out w/ the demon Azazael, i lost it in a total other way, luv dis sho!

Ghost Tony Soprano out of fucking nowhere!
Kevin? What the fuck?!
*tosses Lincoln log sandwich aside*

Worse things happen at sea, you know…
With all the kooky music on this show, it would have been hilarious if the last scene of Matt in pillory had cut to some eerie strings or piano version of Bright Side of Life!
*whistles*

Season 2 intro song must have something going for it, at least once a week I'll snap out of a trance to find I'm humming along about "lil carrots & sweet peeeas", & glance around sheepishly, wondering how long that's been going on & who overheard…
