I like the words you use and the sequence you put them in: aka I liked your points.

I am positive that was at least one of them but it has been a while.

Yes

Was surprised when I saw that in the UK when studying their education system. Also surprised when people referred to them “Asians” being disruptive and such but needed for sports. Remind you of any stereotypes in the US?

Perry Mason keeps making it interesting, I will give it that, and I concur, instant “it’s the murder weapon” was immersion breaking.

If someone finds out about an abortion later they can then back track and see how the kid either got out of state or access to the pills. That is how, even if it would not be enforced regularly. The main point of the law is to make a chilling effect on attempts to get abortions.

As a history teacher I understand the impetus to want to “shock the system” and make history more engaging because many students forget it....FAST or don’t bother to learn it in the first place. Then I get to the part about Confederate Flag and go....no, no pure impulse here. Just pure racist chicanery.

I 100% agree. The Confederacy also was for states rights, which really hamstrung them in their war effort, but at the time of the Civil War the main “right” they were worried about was the “right” of owning slaves.

My brother is a teacher in Florida, where it is illegal for teachers to strike, period. They also get paid like nothing compared to other states. I get much better pay in California which doesn’t even pay that great. Could teachers still strike? Sure. But is very hard considering their limited income and the legal

No, I am not Jewish, but I do know that people can claim Jesus as their personal savior and still adherence to elements of the Jewish faith. The can venerate the Torah and the Bible and that is their choice. You might not agree with that choice and you are welcome to not like it but I don’t get the cult part. Please

I went to school with a guy who identified as a Messianic Jew. He went to our Christian Fellowship meetings but also held to Jewish traditions, rituals, and holidays. I don’t see what is wrong with someone identifying that way, especially since almost all (or even all) of the original Christians were Jewish and still

Replacing Milly in a Trigun production, why them’s fighting words where I comes from.

Supposition: Graydon was possessed when he was younger because he had untrained magical potential and that made him easier to invade.
