So does this new law unban Critical Race Theory in schools because the teachers cannot shield “students from free speech by limiting their “access to, or observation of, ideas and opinions that they may find uncomfortable, unwelcome, disagreeable, or offensive.” That would be funny if not also tragic.

Korea was a win actually of our operational objective of preserving South Korea. MacArthur is the dude who tried to take it too far. 1812 was a draw (only because the UK was exhausted from numerous conflicts) and we definitely straight lost Vietnam.

I would just note, that everytime either side goes over a line that there was restraint before (with judges for example) the other side does the same. With judges it was a no win because McConnell was essentially stopping judicial nominations but at the same time this is why Trump was able to send up so many judges.…

Probably an official objection which slowed the voting process was dropped, as a single Senator can cause fast tracked legislation to grind to a halt and go through a slower process.
