Always. Wait, was that rhetorical?

It is amazing how snowflakey people are who claim to hate snowflakes.
“I took the form of a 45 year old white man. I can only fail up!”-the Good Place
It is almost as though he was being disingenuous. Perish the thought.
As someone who has been in plenty of long meetings and presided over plenty of long meetings I would say your hypothesis of “you just made this meeting longer you SOB get out” has merit.
People use shorthand all the time to get around really observing and getting to know the people they are around. It sucks.
That sucks. People forget to call me Dr. all the time, but I have never run into someone who is like I am just going to call you that (outside of my wife, but I only ask for it at work).
I concur. (Catch me If you can).
Yeah correcting people on the Dr. thing is annoying and I have to make an effort sometimes not to be a jerk about it, especially when like Dr. Rosario that is how I introduce myself to them. The one person who would refuse to be corrected in my life is my wife, who is like, you are not a medical doctor. Then again, I…
True, I was mainly referring to taking away the option of shooting at all by dearming the vast majority of police.
And now I feel embarrassed for my own typos. Sigh.
In most countries you are describing, widespread gun ownership does not exist. We would need to update the Constitution, get the guns off the streets, then those reforms could potentially happen.
I am a teacher and I cannot imagine a scenario where this would make any sense to do. How did that teacher thing this would not block back on them for the sheer chutzpah of the stupidity of doing it.
Good news, LA school police just got a massive drop in funds for next year, so we can hire more counselors, psychiatric social workers, and other support support positions specifically to provide additional (not replacement of current supports) for African-American students
I would argue that effective and supportive white allies don’t. It’s the weekend warrior variety that thinks if one thing happens that does not confirm racism, the racism is ended. Like all those people who were like Obama is president? Racism is over. If you believe that nonsense, you are not a true ally, or at least…
I am happy the author was correct that they were sure Chauvin was going to be convicted. I know I am happier that he was, but not sure before it happened.
It’s almost like the are being disingenuous when saying that this was “mob justice” considering the media and a mob did not convict, but a jury.
The judge is not overturning this verdict.
I wonder if “Will white people/cops/Trumpites” protest/riot is a trending topic somewhere....
One small point of contention there. No need to demonstrate value for the victim. Victims have value no matter the life they led before they were snuffed out. Trying to play that game only entices those who claim they were asking for it with what the victim did prior.
