So let me get this straight: you have Tristan Thompson, JR Smith, Iman Shumpert and Channing Frye complaining about playing time and lack of team chemistry, yet each of them are nothing more than specialists and are failing miserably at their jobs. Frye has been discontented since his boy RJ was traded bcuz Wade took

Two phony rocket attacks in one week.

“Sure is. But also, fuck Austin Rivers, so the Rockets players will all split a one game suspension between them.” - Adam Silver

It was a working car. Seeing as the entire purpose of a car is to be driven, I’d say it’s been put to good use, instead of being locked up in some zillionaires collection.

They’re not wrong.

Cheerleaders aren’t the same as models. But yeah - cheerleaders for sports teams are stupid and useless and should be phased out.

The plural of “anecdote” is not “data.”

Even if it’s true that medical practitioners know less than people think they do (arguable), that does not change the facts that:

Or, you know, a real doctor/physical therapist.

The basketball part

I think it would be much easier to be patient and understanding if players hadn’t already been putting up with this for years now with the first game. People stuck with that game through all the hard times and then the sequel rolls around and they’re back where they started. Promises of features that are months away.

Wait what?! Why are you taking down a Wizard’s shield with a kinetic weapon?

Destiny: The series that could have been. Or might be someday. Maybe. Unless they change too much. Or too little. Or give away too much loot, rendering exotics unexciting. Or don’t drop loot enough, pissing off the fanbase.

Unfortunately, these changes are probably things that should have been available at launch. I get the feeling the game is a shadow of what it could have been, playerbase-wise, if they had fleshed out everything before they shoved the game out the door. It’s not like they were lacking examples on what to do/not do.

Nice to hear of the changes, but man—I’ve lost all will to play anymore. A case of too little too late maybe?

I think this series of comments sums up my thoughts on the update:

I mean a nation with a higher standard of living, higher education levels, longer lives and a less corrupt government would want to slum it by going to the US?

You seem nice!

Counterpoint- the refs, they’re bad.

You lost me at Joey Crawford. He was an egotistical prick who believed he was as instrumental to the entertainment of the game as the players. The fact that his name was widely known is a testament to how much he worked to insert himself into the game rather then simply being a dispassionate and fair arbiter.
