Because the only way for some people to feel good is to put others down. Since they aren’t being allowed anymore (by judges) to stomp on gay people, they are stomping on women.

I would like to have fun at her age. I *am* almost her age. I just don’t think her life looks like much fun. I spend no time at all worrying if someone will see my hands.

I worked at a Pizza Hut delivery in the late 80s as a cook. Not one driver was a high school or college kid. They were men of about 30 yrs old who were straining their intellectual abilities completing the job. (Back then you had to look at the map before you left and memorize where to go.)

I’ve been prom dress shopping with my niece. Many are strapless. Then you either get a choice of showing way too much boob or a lot of back. Many parents will choose backless over boobage. I assume any male students objecting to backless dresses want the girls to exchange them for the ones with less boob coverage.

What I was thinking. Why does one side use glitter bombs and the other side real bombs? Which side would you rather be on?

Exactly what I thought. This will set us back 10 years in efforts in the US. Yet we don’t even know if this clinic used dirty needles or anything. I am immune suppressed and still convinced I will die from measles or whooping cough.

I hate hearing from the people who seem to try a new food fad every week. The new diet will cure everything that ails me! But the whole cult thing applies to most diets. You have to really believe in them. Otherwise, you’re sacrificing for nothing.

If you had a magical cure for Crohn’s, you could be a billionaire. I think people who feel that sick are more open to magical thinking. They’re desperate for something, anything, to help. It sounds like you are able to live in reality.

Some churches provide gluten free communion bread or wafers. Usually someone has to ask but then they’re available. Of course, the first time my church offered a small plate of gluten free bread pieces as an alternative, the minister tripped and spilled them on the floor.

He is the owner of the business and he can say what he wants. It seems self-defeating though. I thought that at this point he would still want the bride to order lots of prints. Or whatever the parents want to buy.

I’ve been wanting to do some volunteer work. More and more I think about Planned Parenthood or whatever clinic is around here. I’ve never been pregnant but I feel someone should offer compassion.

Thank you for your perspective. However, your last point says it all. You are saying it helped your mental health. I don’t think these legislators care a bit about the women involved.

I feel terrible for these women. But if they are in the end forced to give birth, they should use the baby safe haven programs. Drop the baby off. I would be very interested in what states would do if that rate increased substantially. Of course that must be a wrenching decision.
